My Plans for 2011

January 5, 2011

DSCF5760 300x225 My Plans for 20112011 looks to be a very active and exciting year for me creatively. Beyond spending the majority of my time focusing on the completion of My Amityville Horror, the documentary feature in which I’ve spent two years in development, I’ve begun focusing my attention on future ventures, including a number of original shorts I plan to produce for festival exhibition. These short subject films will give way to a future feature-length project. There’s just so many concepts I want to take a crack at before jumping back into a feature.

Additionally, I’m in the process of forming my own personal production company. The production of these shorts will be the first material from this new entity.  Following the short’s festival premiere, the film(s) will be viewable via the company’s website. More on this will be announced soon.

by Marlon Wallace, The M Report
When I spoke with filmmaker Eric Walter by phone on April 26, I believe I compared him to Fox Mulder, Fox Mulder being a fictional TV character who studied cases that had paranormal connections. Eric Walter doesn’t have X-Files, but he does have Amityville Files, or rather AmityvilleFiles.com, an Internet [...]
